Susan Cawley
Chair of Trustees
My name is Susan Cawley and I have lived in Southall for most of my life. I went to school locally and remember when the the church of St Anselm's moved to its present site in the late 60's.

I became fully aware of HSSH and its work when I began working in the Parish. What impressed me the most was the dedication of the staff and trustees, working alongside the street homeless in Southall.
Their hard work is aimed at giving hope and restoring dignity to a group of people who have lost sight of them.

It is a privilege to work with them.

Sangeet Kaur
Trustee
My name is Sangeet Kaur and I joined as a Board of Trustees Member with Hope for Southall Street Homeless towards the end of 2023.
I am a trained legal professional (not practising) who has worked for over 20 years as a legal support professional and management consultant working with lawyers and law firms in the UK and overseas. I am passionate about social justice issues as well as human rights issues alongside my professional focus on the wider issues around climate justice and sustainability.
I first heard of HSSH and its dedicated and tireless work through a past Trustee. Since joining, I have been impressed most with the dedication of the staff and my fellow trustees who go over and beyond their duties to transform the lives and restore the hope of our Guests who are street homeless.
I hope to do my best to provide service or "Seva" back to the community by contributing my skills and expertise.

Francisco D'Souza
Trustee/ Treasurer
My name is Francisco D'Souza and I have served as a trustee with Hope for Southall Street Homeless for the last few years.
I decided to do this, so that I might put my gifts and talents to good use, supporting this local charity to work alongside the street homeless in Southall.
The charity helps them to meet the challenges which each one faces, on a daily basis.
It works tirelessly to improve the welfare of each guest.

Alma Patterson
Trustee
My name is Alma Patterson and I became a Trustee of HSSH after I began working with the HSSH support worker, based in my parish, St John's, here in Southall.
Her commitment and dedication to helping vulnerable people who often have no help or support just blew me away.
Working with her gave me an insight into the complexities of homelessness.
Becoming a Trustee was my way of trying to help and support HSSH.
